Small apartment of 1500 sf located in Aventura, Florida. With an excellent rationalization of the use of the area.

 

The kitchen was extended to the social area, creating a breakfast room and a bar station made using affordable modules adapted to its use. The large master bedroom was reduced to a sufficient size creating a large walk-in closet.

 

The direct access to the kitchen from the entrance door was closed creating a pantry area; a French sliding door to the DEN was placed.
