Four story residential building with commercial spaces located in an urban area on the city of Barranquilla. Its exterior architecture is contemporary and its interior finishes were designed with a minimalist concept. Commercial premises and a communal green space were located on the ground floor and 45 apartments of 2 and 3 bedrooms in the upper floors.
